- Exchange – Replacing a purchased item with the same product in a different color, variant, or a functional replacement.
Return – Sending back a product for a refund through the original payment method (M-Pesa, Paybill, or card).
Delivery Date – The date the item was received by the customer, confirmed via delivery records or customer acknowledgment.
Unused Condition – The product must be unopened, uninstalled, or unused, with original packaging and all accessories intact.
Local Orders – All orders placed and delivered within Kenya through our website or official channels.
