Shipping Policy

At NextWave Gadgets Kenya, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and affordable delivery services across Kenya. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver orders nationwide, including:
- Major towns and cities (e.g., Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret)
- Remote and rural locations via trusted courier partners
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Nairobi & surrounding areas: 1–2 working days
- Major towns: 2–4 working days
- Remote locations: 3–5 working days
Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges
- FREE delivery on orders above KSH 20,000
- Orders below KSH 20,000: delivery fees range from KSH 150 – KSH 600, depending on location and weight
- Charges are calculated and shown at checkout before order confirmation
4. Payment Options
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in most regions
- M-Pesa (Buy Goods & Paybill)
- Debit/Credit Card
- Direct Bank Transfer
Some remote areas may require prepayment for delivery.
5. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an SMS/Email notification with tracking or delivery updates
- Delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or stock issues—we’ll notify you in such cases
6. Missed Deliveries
- A second delivery attempt will be made if the first fails
- If unsuccessful again, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (if prepaid), excluding delivery fees

8. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries
- Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (with photos)
- If an item is delayed or lost, our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve it or arrange a replacement/refund
9. Special Delivery Requests
For same-day delivery, bulk orders, or special handling, contact our support before placing your order. We’ll confirm availability and terms based on your request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Shipping Policy as necessary. Updates will be posted here with the revised date.
